Early voting (aka prepoll) opens right after the Easter long weekend, and in our community, up to 75% of voters will cast their ballot early—either at a prepoll centre or by post.
That means the next few weeks are absolutely critical. We need to grow our volunteer team now so that we’re ready, trained, and visible when it counts most.
Every conversation at prepoll can make a real difference - helping undecided voters understand what Keryn stands for and what this community-powered campaign is all about.
But it’s not just about conversations. Sometimes, just being there - a friendly face in a Keryn shirt, offering a how-to-vote card with a smile - shows people we’re doing politics differently. Helpful, hopeful, and genuinely community-first.
That’s why we’re asking you to sign up for a prepoll shift.
Even just a few hours can have a big impact.
Never handed out how-to-vote cards before? No worries - once you RSVP, we’ll provide training, add you to the team list, and make sure you’re supported every step of the way.
Prepoll runs from 22 April to 2 May, and we’re building the roster now so everyone can be prepared and confident.
If you can help out at a booth, please sign up here!
This is one of the most powerful things you can do to help bring real, independent representation to Fisher.
Thanks so much for being part of the team,
